Pudak Scientific, as a company associated with education, participated in activities celebrating the 21st National teachers Day and 69th anniversary of PGRI in West Kalimantan. In this Indonesian education event, West Kalimantan Province held Education Exhibition, National Seminar of Education, and the Province Level of Teachers Sport and Arts Week. This event was centralized in Mempawah Regency on November 25-27, 2014.

The Education Exhibition was one of the National Teachers Day event series of 2014 that was officially opened by the vice governor of West Kalimantan, Dr. Christiandy Sanjaya, SE. MM. The event was centralized in the front yard of Disdikpora (Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga – Departement of Education, Youth, and Sport) of Mempawah Regency, at Jl. Raden Kusno No. 117, Mempawah. In his speech, he emphasized that being a teacher is not a sacrifice, it is an honor, because teachers have choose the honorable path to be with children, the national future owners. 

On that opening day, Tuesday, November 25, 2014, the vice governor - accompanied by Mempawah’s regent, H. Ria Norsan; head of Mempawah’s Department of Education; Dr. H. Zulkiflu Salim M. Si; and PGRI head of Mempawah Regency, Hamzah - visited each exhibition booth, including Pudak Scientifc’s booth. In this event Pudak Scientific exhibited various educational aids for elementary school, junior high school, and vocational school of automotive.

Our education aids products exhibited were:

• Basic mathematics educational aids for elementary school
• Fractional game, mathematical balance, geometric games, and coordinate games
• Physics Kit (mechanical, optical, magnetic electricity, and hydro-statistics), and automotive trainer for vocational school (Car Petrol Engine 4 Cylinder Without Transmission, Manual Transmission sectioned, and Differential-axle Trainer)

Pudak Scientific was also promoting various training programs for teachers. Through this exhibition teachers were expected to have better information regarding educational aids and have better relation with educational institutions in West Kalimantan Province. In this event, Pudak Scientifics was also gave away “Pudak Cinta Guru” pins to all visitors as an initial move to have good relation with teachers in Indonesia, particularly teachers in West Kalimantan.
