In implementing the Pudak Loves Teacher Movement and to accommodate more teachers who were not able to attend Pudak Scientific’s trainings in Bandung, this November Pudak Scientific held the Laboratory Management Training in East Java. The training was held on November 15, 2014 in Malang Regency and on November 16, 2014 in Batu City.
   
The training in Malang Regency was held in SMAN Gondang Legi. This training was held upon the cooperation of MGMP Fisika (the Forum of School Subjects Teachers of Physics) and Pudak Scientific, and was attended by 36 teachers of physics, chemistry, and biology of high schools in Malang Regency. While in Batu City, the training was held in Aula Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Departement of Education and Culture) of Batu City. The training was held upon the cooperation of MGMP IPA (the Forum of School Subjects Teachers of Science) and Pudak Scientific, and was attended by 47 science teachers of junior high schools in Batu City.

Pudak Scientific’s Training Team, Dicky Zulfikridin, S.Si and Rofa Yulia Azhar, S.Pd, explained about the Basic Science Laboratory Management that include the importance of practice in the learning process, the organization structure, administration, equipment and materials storage, safety, equipment and materials maintenance, and equipment and materials usage of science laboratory.

Particularly for equipment and material usage session, participants were invited to do some experiments and making simple learning media, which include:

• Making stereo microscope by using handphones’s camera
• Making leaves’ stomata mold.
• Practices by using the Optical KIT, Electrical and Magnetic KIT, Hydrostatistic and heat KIT, Mechanics KIT, and Chemistry KIT
• Practice of basic technique in the chemistry practice
